Terms of Use

1. About Easy IP TV

Easy IP TV is a media player application, similar to VLC, ExoPlayer, or any standard video player. It plays M3U playlists on LG webOS, Samsung Tizen, and Android TV.

We do not provide, host, distribute, or endorse any content, playlists, channels, or streaming subscriptions. All content displayed in the application is added by the user from their own sources. Video streams are delivered directly from the stream source to your device — Easy IP TV does not relay, proxy, or store any stream content. Easy IP TV has no control over and assumes no responsibility for any content accessed through the application.

2. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Easy IP TV, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• The content you access through the application and its legality in your jurisdiction
• Ensuring that you have the right to use any playlists or streams you add
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Any activity that occurs under your account

We do not monitor, review, or verify the content of your playlists. We do not support unauthorized streaming of copyrighted material.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use Easy IP TV to:

• Access or distribute content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the service or your account
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service
• Share your account with others or operate a commercial IPTV service through our platform

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and all linked devices, without notice or refund.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Easy IP TV offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page or Stripe customer portal
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice

6. Refunds

Since the service begins immediately upon subscription, the EU 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts does not apply, in accordance with Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this.

However, if you are unsatisfied with the service within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may use our contact form and we will consider a refund at our discretion.

If the service experiences extended downtime (more than 48 continuous hours) due to our fault, you may request a credit or refund for the affected billing period.

In all cases, our maximum liability for refunds or damages is limited to the amount you paid for the current billing period.

7. Service availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes in advance.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Easy IP TV and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• We are not liable for any content accessed through the application, including any claims related to copyright infringement, defamation, or illegality of content
• Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the one (1) month immediately preceding the claim

9. Intellectual property

The Easy IP TV application, its design, code, and branding are the property of HD SofT. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application.

Content accessed through the application belongs to its respective owners. Easy IP TV makes no claim of ownership over any user-provided content.

10. Account termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time by using our contact form. Active subscriptions should be cancelled before account deletion.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Use. In cases of serious violations (e.g. redistributing the service, abusing infrastructure), termination is immediate and no refund will be provided.

Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your linked devices will be unlinked. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Finland. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also retain the protections of the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
